With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the field of intellectual property, I have honed my expertise in prior art searching, invention analysis, and patent drafting/prosecution, catering to a diverse range of clients from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.
My Journey
My career began with a robust foundation in technical arts, where I spent 7 years immersed in the product development and design cycle, taking on various roles that enriched my understanding of the intricacies involved in creating innovative solutions. I am well-versed in the latest technologies, including machine learning (transformers, large language models), artificial intelligence (AI and Generative AI), blockchain, and semiconductors.
Professional Milestones
Patent Attorney at Garg Law Firm : Here, I drafted new non-provisional patent applications and prosecute them before the USPTO. My role involved preparing for and conducting examiner interviews, responding to office actions, and assisting inventors in identifying patentable subject matter.
Patent Examiner at USPTO: During my tenure, I examined numerous patent applications, conducted prior art searches, and prepared over 400 office actions, contributing significantly to the efficiency of the USPTO.
Patent Attorney/Patent Analyst at Cardinal Law Group: I introduced innovative prior art searching techniques and engaged in client negotiations, enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of patent searches and applications.
Roles at Landon IP: These positions further solidified my skills in drafting and filing patent applications, conducting patentability searches, and providing comprehensive patentability opinions.

I am a licensed attorney and a registered patent agent, with a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. My professional training includes graduating from the United States Patent and Trademark Academy and completing GE Healthcare's prestigious Edison Engineering Development Program.
